Where is my order?

Delivery takes 7-15 business days from dispatch. Your tracking number is emailed when the parcel leaves. See our Shipping page.

I want to return something

You have 30 days from delivery. Email us with your order number and we will send the return address. See Returns & Refunds.

Something is faulty

Your unit is covered for two years. Email us with a short video of the problem and we will sort it. See Warranty.

Will it work in my pool?

Tell us your pool size, shape and surface and we will give you a straight answer before you buy.
