Returns & Refunds

We want you to be able to test the SweepPilot S40 properly. If it isn't right for you, send it back within 30 days.

30-day returns

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The product may have been used - we would rather you tested it in your pool - but it must be complete, with all accessories, and in a condition that allows resale or refurbishment.

How to start a return

1. Email sweeppilotsupport@gmail.com with your order number and the reason.
2. We reply with the correct return address and instructions. Please wait for this - items sent back without contacting us first may not be traceable to your order.
3. Pack the item securely, ideally in its original box, and ship it with tracking.

Refunds

Once we receive the item, or you provide proof of return, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

We may reduce a refund to reflect a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish how the product works - for example missing accessories or damage.

Damaged or faulty on arrival

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Cancelling before dispatch

Email us before your order ships and we will cancel it and refund in full.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns of items that have been modified, damaged through misuse or accident, or used outside the stated specifications - for example beyond the maximum depth.

Your statutory rights

This policy sits alongside, and does not limit, the consumer rights you have under the law that applies to you.
